Founded on Coach Bee’s Experience
BeePositive Academy brings Coach Bee’s training experience into a community for trainers and therapists. Bahia Maktabi, known as Coach Bee and from Lebanon, has worked in mental health since 2015. Already a trainer, she completed the Tad James Company’s classes and became a trainer in NLP, Hypnotherapy and Time Line Therapy within one year. Her mission is to train skilled trainers and therapists who carry that learning into their own work.

Our Philosophy
A Philosophy of Shared Progress
The Academy’s philosophy begins with Coach Bee’s aim to change how mental health is understood. Her development as a Master Trainer through the Tad James Company and ABNLP informs a commitment to practical learning and to preparing trainers and therapists who can pass that knowledge on.
One of the fellow Master Trainers once said: ‘if you want to go fast, go alone and have a “What”. If you want to go far, have a “Why” and go with a team’.
