I’m Coach Nagham, a Consciousness Advisor and Master Therapist in NLP, Hypnotherapy, and CBT. Beyond the titles, I’m also a mom, daughter, sister, wife, and friend  - so I understand what it’s like to carry many roles and still feel unseen.

That’s why my work is personal. I create a safe, caring space - especially for teens and moms - to release what weighs them down, rebuild confidence, and return to balance and joy.
